The process of Alchemical ‘Cooking’ happens within us. There is no outer laboratory whereby we must collect various flasks, vials and containers and then gather certain precious materials in order to create the Philosophers Stone and the Elixir of Life. This would indicate a cruel Creator or Source who only allowed the very elect to re-enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
Furthermore,
this is not a process of trying to be pious, religious or somehow ceremonial. In addition, Alchemy is not asking us to war with thoughts in some great battle of good vs. evil; this too would be unfair since we are all limited in our ability to know Truth as it really is.
No, the Alchemical process is simply harnessing the life giving energy that each human being is endowed with from God (the Spark within). It includes the breath (Air), the desire (fire), the material (water) and the vessel body (Earth) This process is for everyone, the life giving energy is unbiased and is infinitely bestowed to every sentient being – all can transmute without discrimination if they choose regardless of class, race, creed, religion, etc.
In this process of Alchemy, the idea is to contain the life giving force possessed by each human being for the purpose of ‘bakeing’ the material and extracting the pure material, that Source Energy, for internal healing, vitality, focus and spiritual connection. During this baking process, the Source Energy is likened to ‘steam’ which we direct through our inner endocrine system (glandular system) for the purposes of making raw ‘metals’ (called Chakras, glands, S’firot, etc) into ‘Gold’ – which means to take dormant energy pathway, organs, blood, nerve channels, etc and cleanse, enliven and enhance them back to a perfect state, that of a child in full force.

When our system is running in perfection, like a child full of life, we can then cause the ‘spark’ in the upper Heavens (the Mind) to ignite the pituitary and pineal glands which is the parable of ‘curing the blind’ or illuminating the body with the single eye. This is also the meaning of creating a ‘spiritual child’ – spirit is the spark of God contained in our seminal liquor and egg which can be used to bare a physical child (outer) OR spiritual child (inner)

The idea that Adam and Chavah ‘fell’ from the garden and were clothed (in human flesh) is the process by which the sexual energy was misused and the Kundalini snake fell down from the Heaven (the Brain) along the spine (to slither on its belly) causing spiritual Death – or the lack of Spiritual Sight – the total concealment of Truth (Light) and the forgetfulness of our eternal nature.
We must wake up as a human family and see that the process of illumination happens through the correction and transmutation of the sexual expression. This can be done with a partner, alone and does not need to even be a physical process at all if understood correctly.
The Keys are in the ‘baking’ and the process of understanding the 3 Elements; Sulfur, Mercury and Salt, the 7 Metals and the 12 channels.
