As we make our mind still, IT reflects like a mirror, reflecting everything instantly as IT comes before us, yet our inner peace and balance can only be found when we make no effort in retaining this reflection, especially when the objects or feelings are removed from our vision of experience. For IT is not the past that defines us, nor the future, IT only is only our actions in this present moment that ARE real, so the illusions of self dissolve when we look closer into what we are doing within this moment. As what we are currently feeling is our own perception of the world, and this, this IS what defines us, for we each have our own individual unique calling in life, just like every bug, tree, and animal, as the universe expresses the eternal energy in every which way possible. IT is only our judgments that can get in our way of this harmony, separating us from feeling the universal flow of creation and destruction, as our foolish and futile attempts in trying to change the outer world only exhausts our best efforts, when all along IT was only our own perception that needed to be transformed. As most of us create illusions of the world and self by trying to cling to the good in life and negate the bad, but truth and logic shows that they go together, as they are one within the same spectrum of motion. So we cannot arrange a life in which everything is up and nothing is down, for IT cannot be done, as the nature of the wave denies this pattern. We are living within a oceanic spectrum of experience, looking closer at our own life reveals this, as we cannot find two lives that are alike, and the wise one understands this and can see IT clearly. We may deny that our life has any importance, we may not see the true value that our life serves at every moment, but you ARE alive, therefore your life DOES have meaning, for the universe does not create without purpose!
